About the Role

As an AI Solutions Architect at HCB Consulting, you'll be the technical visionary who transforms business requirements into cutting-edge AI systems. You'll design architectures that leverage the latest in LLMs, agent systems, and AI technologies to deliver unprecedented business value.

You'll work at the intersection of business and technology, collaborating with strategy consultants to understand client needs and with engineering teams to ensure flawless execution. Your architectures won't just be technically sound—they'll be practical, scalable, and transformative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and architect AI agent systems for enterprise deployment
  • Lead technical discovery and solution design sessions with clients
  • Create comprehensive technical architectures and implementation blueprints
  • Evaluate and select appropriate AI technologies and platforms
  • Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of AI solutions
  • Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure architectural integrity
  • Develop proof-of-concepts and technical demonstrations
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams

Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience in software architecture or technical leadership
  • • Deep expertise in AI/ML technologies, particularly LLMs and agent systems
  • • Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, TypeScript, Go)
  • • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization
  • • Proven track record of designing scalable, production systems
  • • Excellent system design and distributed systems knowledge
  • • Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts
  • • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • • Experience with AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.)
  • • Knowledge of vector databases and RAG architectures
  • • Understanding of MLOps and AI system deployment practices
  • • Experience with enterprise integration patterns and API design
  • • Familiarity with security best practices for AI systems
  • • Contributions to open-source AI projects is a plus
